What is the difference between the Boy Scouts and Sea Cadets?

I have been involved with both now for many years (3 in NSCC and 9 in BSA) and there is a MAJOR difference in the two.  However, lately drill seems like being at a boyscout troop meeting vs a Sea Cadet drill.

I won't explain why...I want you cadets to figure that part out.   What sets us apart?

Do you disagree with me?  You post up and tell what you think.

Sea Cadets all the way! This is an outstanding program and it has so many more professional possabilities with it. However as a prior Boy Scout myself there are many things you learn and continue to use as you get older that you gain from the Boy Scouts. I am an avid supported of the Sea Cadets now. But I will never forget my time as a Cub Scout and a Boy Scout.

I have been in both. And I have to say, Sea Cadets is ALOT more fun.
